Lake Balaton, in the Transdanubian region of Hungary, is the largest lake in Central Europe, and one of its foremost tourist destinations. also called "Hungarian Sea", Funny thing is that name of lake is Balaton on hungarian but comes from slavic word of "blato" mud, more info about lake here
