ताज महल Taj Mahal

A first card from India, and look it's Taj Mahal famous building. Taj Mahal is mausoleum located in city of Agra,  is one of the most recognizable structures in the world. It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz MahalTaj Mahal is the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Islamic and Indian architectural styles.The construction began around 1632 and was completed around 1653, employing thousands of artisans and craftsmen. The construction of the Taj Mahal was entrusted to a board of architects under imperial supervision, including Abd ul-Karim Ma'mur Khan, Makramat Khan, and Ustad Ahmad Lahauri. Lahauri is generally considered to be the principal designer. here are stamps on one is Robert Caldwell who  was a Colonial Era Evangelist Missionary who used native languages as a tool to proselytize the Colonised in Southern India. And on other stamp is C. V. Raman who was an Indian physicist whose work was influential in the growth of science in India. He was the recipient of the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1930 for the discovery that when light traverses a transparent material,
